Cutting wiper blades from silicon sheets with an X-acto knife is fairly difficult. I kept cutting a little too far and ruining the piece. So I decided to try and make a cookie cutter.
I worked with ztoddman1 on this and he had the idea to use a square tube to cut the hole in it.
I ordered this one >>> https://www.grainger.com/product/48KU50 and it works fine.
I used a tin soup can for the cutting blade. ztoddman1 used a razor blade and removed the temper. I think this is a much better idea. I will let him explain how he did it.
The tin piece (or blade) needs to be 10 mm x 44 mm. I used a file and sand paper to clean the edges and sharpen one side. A Dremel should work for this too (Of course you won't need to sharpen it if you use a razor).
BE CAREFUL!! SHARP EDGES!!
I also made a guide for bending the blade.
You need a tin can and something to cut it with (or a razor) and 4 screws.
#4 x 3/8 - 11.7mm x 2.8mm (x4)
Many thanks to ztoddman1 for all his ideas and testing!!

Minor changes have been made since posting the video and pictures so they don't look quite the same. They still function the same though.
